At the heart of this project lies a bespoke GUI application designed to interface seamlessly with live horse race and betting APIs. This innovative solution offers a significant leap forward from traditional manual data entry methods, enabling operators to select horses, jockeys, lineups, and live bets with unparalleled ease and efficiency. The GUI is engineered to provide instantaneous access to vital information, thereby facilitating informed decision-making and real-time updates.
Central to our approach was the deployment of Viz Engine, Viz Trio, Viz ticker, and Viz Media Sequencer. These powerful tools were instrumental in allowing the GUI to dynamically populate and update graphics pages and templates within Viz Trio on demand. This capability ensures a seamless transition between races, with the system designed to automatically purge outdated content, thus maintaining a streamlined and up-to-date visual display.

The GUI incorporates an extensive array of features, controls, and graphics, all made readily accessible to the operator through an intuitive interface. With simple button clicks and dropdown selections, operators can effortlessly manage a wide range of visual elements, including multi-carousel ticker graphics powered by a separate Viz Engine.
Moreover, we have developed a specialized GUI equipped with its own WebSocket server, designed to handle high-frequency UDP data. This innovative component ensures the real-time display of live horse race placements, sectional times, and track completion percentages. This functionality is made possible through the integration of live UDP data received from a third-party interface equipped with transponders placed on the horses, offering a level of precision and immediacy previously unattainable.
